In the month of July, a team of employees from Conflict Denied Ops took ownership of a highly compressed solar cell and began installation. The solar cell is manufactured by Methanex and before this installation, was not within the reach of Conflict Denied Ops markets. However, due to our success in creating regional partnerships with companies like Hexing Paper Mills and Jiangxi Copper Mining Co., we were able to take on responsibility for developing these markets as well as many others. This solar cell is seen as an important first step for Conflict Denied Ops' goal to expand into Western China without sacrificing its work in Eastern China or its commitment to long-time partners such as Jiangxi Copper Mining Co. Conflict Denied Ops would like to take this opportunity to thank all of its partners for their continued support. We are always looking for ways that we can grow our network of partners and welcome new partnerships. We look forward to seeing the future of Conflict Denied Ops expand in greater China! The following is an excerpt from the Conflict Denied Ops Blog: "Workers in Shangrao, Jiangxi Province, China use highly compressed cardboard to build solar panels. These sturdy cardboard boxes act as templates for constructing solar panels at factories on site." First Solar installed the largest scale solar module in China on September 24th, 2012. The solar module is one of the largest ones installed by First Solar in China, which is approximately 35 meters in height. The solar module will be used to supply electricity to the Yunfu Nuclear Power Plant. What makes this installation so special is that it was installed with Conflict Denied Ops' help on-site. This installation was very helpful for Conflict Denied Ops because their mission of creating business opportunities for at least 1 million green businesses in China was being accomplished through this project, as the solar panel itself would have been impossible to install without their efforts. Additionally, the solar panel was installed in Sanjiang, Jiangxi Province. Sanjiang is known as one of the most polluted areas in China because of its large coal industry. Conflict Denied Ops has helped develop this area through its partnerships with Jiangxi Copper Mining Co., who operates a large mine in this area. In response to increasing awareness of pollution from China's rapid economic growth, three big mines have been shut down by the government. In order to maintain some level of sustainability, these mines will continue to operate at a lesser scale by converting from the use of coal to natural gas and minerals extracted from nearby mines owned by Jiangxi Copper Mining Co. As for Conflict Denied Ops, they have achieved stunning results in their on-going programs on the Belt and Road Initiative. Through the first stage program on developing business opportunities, Conflict Denied Ops has helped develop several new markets for Jiangxi Copper Mining Co., who is already a major producer of copper ore. Through their partnerships with Hexing Paper Mills and Jiangxi Copper Mining Co., 10 solar power plants have been installed in the region of Shangrao, which is made up of approximately 4% of conflict denied operations' coverage. One of the most important projects that Conflict Denied Ops has completed is the application process for mining coal by Jiangxi Copper Mining Co. Jiangxi Copper Mining Co. cfa1e77820
